The Cross County Sheriff’s Office operates and maintains the county jail. The current Sheriff is David West and the Chief Deputy is Larry Jones. The Administration Division is headed by the Chief Deputy and consists of a secretary, civil process coordinator, warrant coordinator, and receptionist. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
