How to Send Money

To add funds to an inmate’s commissary account, go to citytelecoin.com, click commissary deposit, and enter the inmate’s ID number or last name. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Visitation Hours

Video visitation is available at the Hot Spring county jail. Visitation is operated by NCIC. To schedule visits, go to their website and create an account. Select the Hot Spring County facility and the inmate to be visited. Requests must initially be confirmed. Call 1-800-943-2189 for assistance.

Hot Spring County Sheriff Information

The current Sheriff is Scott Finkbeiner and the Chief Deputy is Shane Davis. The staff includes over 15 deputies. Administration is run by Deputy Clerks Jaimie Henson and Barbara Booth. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
