Tiger Commissary operates the Clark County jail’s commissary. To add funds to an inmate’s account, visit their website. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Visitation Hours

Video visitation at the Clark County jail is operated by CitiTeleCoin. To schedule video visits, an account is required. After creating an account, select the state and then select Clark County, Ar as the facility from the dropdown menu. Select an inmate to visit and submit a visitation request. Once approved by the inmate, video visits may be scheduled and purchased.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office operates the county jail. Jason Watson is the current Sheriff and the Chief Deputy is Raymond Funderburk. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
