How to Send Commissary Package
Yell County jail contracts with Commissary Order. To send commissary packages directly to inmates, visit their website. Start by clicking “Place Order,” then select “Arkansas,” then “Yell County Jail – Danville.” Follow the prompts to select an inmate and delivery date, select items to be sent, and pay for those items.

Video visitation at Yell County jail is operated by CitiTeleCoin. To schedule and purchase video visits, go to their website and create an account. Once logged in, select Arkansas, Yell County, and the inmate to be visited. From there, follow the prompts to schedule and pay for video visits.

The Yell County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page frequently posts about matters concerning the department and the jail. Posts routinely detail arrests and incarcerations from the previous week, as well as posts about the county’s most wanted offenders. These include offenders’ names and identifying details, charges, and mugshots or other photographs, as available.

FOIA requests should describe the records requested in as much detail as possible (i.e. names, dates, locations, etc related to the records) and provide the full name and contact details of the person making the request. They may be delivered to the Sheriff’s Office in person or by mail, email, or fax. The printing fee may need to be paid prior to release of the records.
