How to Send Mail or Package
Personal mail to inmates is scanned and provided to inmates electronically. Mail should be addressed as follows:

Books are no longer allowed to be sent to the facility, unless they are religious texts. These must be paperback and 8.7″ x 5.7″ x 1.1″ or smaller.
Funds can be added to inmates’ accounts at the kiosks in the lobby at either facility. The kiosks accept cards and cash. Funds may also be deposited by calling 866-345-1884 or by visiting the Access Corrections website.

All inmate visitation is conducted by video, which is operated by JailATM. To schedule and purchase videos, visit the JailATM website.

Faulkner County Sheriff Information
The Faulkner County jail is operated by the local Sheriff’s Office. The current Sheriff is Tim Ryals and the Chief Deputy is Chad Wooley. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Records kept by the Sheriff’s Office are public information and copies are obtainable for a nominal fee via the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Sheriff’s Office provides a FOIA form for the public’s convenience, though requests may be written in any form. They should detail the records requested and provide the name and contact information of the requestor. They can be submitted in person or by mail or fax, but the preferred method is email.
