How to Send Money or Package
Commissary packages may be purchased and sent directly to inmates online via the Commissary Deposit website. Select “Place Order” and then “Arkansas” and “Fulton County.” Then search inmates using their names or ID numbers to purchase commissary packages. Funds may be added to inmates’ phone accounts using the NCIC Inmate Communications website or by calling 800-943-2189.
