How to Send Mail or Package
The only mail accepted at Dallas County Jail are money orders, legal, and medical mail. Personal mail to inmates is scanned by a third party and provided to inmates electronically. Personal mail must be no larger than 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches tall and must contain no more than 5 pages. A maximum of 1 photo may be included with each mailing. Personal mail should be addressed as follows:

Visitation Hours
Video visitation is operated by NCIC Inmate Communications. Visit their website to purchase visits. Visits are $.30 per minute. Customer service may be reached at 1-800-943-2189.
