How to Send Mail or Package
Only letters may be sent to inmates as personal mail. These should include the sender’s full name and return address. Letters should be addressed as follows:

Funds may be added to inmates’ commissary accounts in person at the kiosk in the jail lobby or online through Tiger Commissary. Commissary packages may also be ordered and shipped directly to inmates.
Visitation Hours
Inmates are allowed one weekly visit. Visitors must have an official form of ID to visit and those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Two visitors may attend each visit. Visits are scheduled by gender. Male visitation is Friday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and Saturday or Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Female visitation is Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Craighead County Sheriff Information
The Craighead County Sheriff’s Office operates the county jail. The office employs 38 deputies, including five bailiffs, two transport officers, three school resource officers, one full-time DARE officer, and the Criminal Investigation Division. The office also employs six administrative assistants and 76 Detention Center staff. Marty Boyd is the current Sheriff. Administratie hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
