How to Send Money

Commissary is operated by CityTeleCoin. Funds may be added to inmates’ commissary accounts on their website or at a kiosk in the lobby, which accepts both cash and credit/debit cards.

Visitation Hours

Inmate visitation is conducted by video remotely or from a kiosk in the jail lobby. Visits can be scheduled through the SmartJail website. Emails and photos may also be sent through this site.
