The Howard County Detention Center is located in Nashville, Arkansas. The facility opened in 1993. Jana Tallant is the Jail Administrator and the staff includes eleven Jailers/Dispatchers: Austin Greenwood, Brittney Gilbert, LaJuana Lindsey, Cason Lemons, Verton Miller, Jordan Neel, Anna Gates, Mykel Shields, Gabriel Humphreys, Samuel Rodgers and one food-service employee, Lois Bowlin.

The inmate roster is available online and is divided into current inmates and those released in the past 48 hours. The rosters include inmates’ names and identifying details, arrest, charge, and booking information, and mugshots.

Visitation Hours

Visitation is held Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm. Inmates schedule visits on tablets. Visitors should arrive at the video visitation kiosk in the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.

Additional Jail Information

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office maintains a Most Wanted roster on its website. The roster includes wanted offenders’ names, identifying details, charges, and mugshots.

The Howard County jail is operated by the local Sheriff’s Office. The current Sheriff is Bryan McJunkins and the Chief Deputy is Joey Davis. The staff includes Investigators Casey Parker and Blake Eudy and Deputies Todd Tallant, Kevin Rodgers, Aaron Quick, Justin Garner, Matthew Trent Coffman, Jacob Eudy and Dillon Roberts.
