How to Send Mail or Package
All personal mail to inmates should be addressed as follows:

Mail will be scanned and provided to inmates to view electronically. Once released, they may download these scans of their personal mail.
Money may be deposited into inmates’ commissary accounts via a kiosk in the jail lobby or online at www.tigerdeposit.com.
Visitation Hours
Inmate visitation is conducted by video on site or remotely. All visits must be scheduled online at the SmartJailMail website. One on-site visit per week is free. Additional remote visits may be purchased online by visitors.

The White County Sheriff’s Office website hosts a Most Wanted roster and a page that details cold cases. Both include available information about the county’s most wanted offenders and the victims of cold cases, including mugshots and/or photos as available.

The White County Sheriff’s Department operates and maintains the county jail. Sheriff Phillip E. Miller was elected in 2018. The Patrol Division is supervised by Captain Kyle Toler. The Criminal Investigation Division is supervised by Lieutenant Chancey Warden and the Judicial Division by Sergeant Heather King.

White County Public Records Information
Sheriff’s Office records are public information and copies may be obtained for a small printing fee, in accordance with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). FOIA requests should be written, detail the records sought (i.e. names, dates, locations, type of information, etc), and provide the name and contact information of the person making the request. Requests may be submitted to the Sheriff’s Office in person or by postal mail, email, or fax. The printing fees may need to be paid prior to delivery of the records.
