How to Send Mail or Package
All personal mail to inmates is searched for contraband. It should be addressed using the inmate’s full name and the jail address provided above.
Commissary is operated by CityTeleCoin and deposits may be made to inmates’ accounts using their website.
Visitation Hours
Visitation is Wednesdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visits normally last 10-15 minutes. Inmates schedule visits through the video visitation system, which is operated by a third party. Visitors may call 479-963-3271, ext. 1 on the morning of their scheduled visits to confirm them. Visits are conducted using kiosks in a room off the front lobby. All visitors are run through the Arkansas Crime Information Center.
Logan County Sheriff Information
The Logan County jail is operated by the local Sheriff’s Office. The current Sheriff is Jason W. Massey and the Chief Deputy is Joshua Scott. There are two offices, one in Paris, the northern district, and one in Boonville, the southern district. Administrative hours for both are Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Records kept by the Sheriff’s Office are public information and copies are available for a small fee in accordance with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). FOIA requests should describe the records requested in as much detail as possible and provide the full name and contact information of the person making the request.
