How to Send Mail or Package
Personal mail to inmates is scanned and then delivered electronically. This service is provided by JailATM. Personal mail should be sent to the following address:

Books may be purchased and mailed directly to the jail from a reputable source, such as amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com. Books must not be too large (i.e. over 11 x 8 x 1.75”) and softback books are recommended. Hardcover books are reviewed on an individual basis. Newspapers, magazines, and used books are not accepted. Funds may be added to inmates’ accounts in person at the kiosk at the Sebastian County Detention Center, online using the website regentpay.com or by calling 1-877-618-3516.
Visitation Hours
JailATM provides video visitation for the Sebastian County jail. To visit, an account must be registered on their website. These may be made remotely or at the kiosk in the jail lobby. Visits may be scheduled two days in advance and inmates are allowed two visits per week.
Sebastian County Sheriff Information
The county jail is operated by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office. Hobe Runion has been Sheriff since 2019. Kevin Nickson is the Chief Deputy. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Sebastian County Public Records Information
In keeping with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), records kept by the Sheriff’s Office are public information and copies are available for a small printing fee. FOIA requests should describe the records being requested in as much detail as possible and provide the full name and contact information of the person making the request. Requests may be submitted in person or by mail, fax, or email. The printing fee may need to be paid prior to release of the records.
